Just preparing for our homeward journey. Everything was perfect, hotel upgraded us to the Swim Up suites as we were silver card holders so that was nice. Golf courses were excellent, especially the Faldo course. 

Bilyana vehicles and staff were first class and very helpful.

Bilyana golf is the best company to deal with from start to finish, that is why I have had so many golfing holidays arranged by them.

From the staff in Macclesfield, to the care taken by the team in Turkey,the standard is first class.

Within my holidays with Bilyana ,I have experienced problems, with Thomson Airways going out of business, whilst in Turkey, but they handled the problem and kept me informed throughout, and I think I was the only person in the hotel that had no worries.Also with Covid , holidays were rearranged, with great expertise,and again no worries to me.How could I improve their service, I could not, because you cannot improve perfection.The team in Macclesfield, have always been great to work with , from the days with Sunny, and now Emma , and

Hello Megan! 

We had a very good golf week at the Cullinan Hotel Belek, all things considered .The Cullinan is a lovely hotel though not nearly as good as the Regnum ( we have been spoiled).Also, for the money, the Kaya Palazzo is also better.  The two golf courses were in good condition and perfect holiday courses. 

Bilyana were amazing… everything ran like clockwork and our rep changed our tee times to suit us better, no problem at all. All transfers etc on time. 

We won’t hesitate to recommend you to others in the future.Thank you also for resolving a difficult situation prior to our departure.

The trip was organised pre covid and was postponed a few times due to the pandemic. But when it finally went ahead the trip was fantastic. We could not fault Bilyana Golf in any way. That trip was organised by one of your staff called Damla. In recent weeks I have again been in touch with Damla, organising a return trip there in April 2024. Yet again Damla has been great, answering lots of our queries and replying to my numerous emails/requests without delay. We now have our 2024 golf trip booked and have no doubt it will be as enjoyable as the last. Damla has been a credit to your company and I wanted to send you this email to acknowledge this.

Additionally, all the Bilyana Golf staff we encountered whilst in Belek were also brilliant. The service provided to us by your company was superb and I will no hesitation in recommending your service to others.

just a note to thank you and your company for once again making sure we had a brilliant holiday to Turkey.

The organizing and execution of everything once again went fantastically well, all pickups/drop offs were as usual either early ( which suited us ) or right on time, your drivers were again both polite and courteous and a credit to your organization.

I cannot find any faults from Bilyana and that is why after 6 years we will continue to use your excellent company. Everything about the holiday was great from the planning, hotel, golf courses and all staff members in the Gloria Serenity resort.

Hi Emma - just wanted to feedback what a lovely holiday we had.  The hotel totally spoilt us for our anniversary - flowers, card, complimentary a la carte meal and cake / sparklers, bubbly - we felt very special.

Bilyana were brilliant as always - personalised pick up from the airport and transfers to and from golf, on-time, efficient and always polite and friendly (despite some language difficulties - we can always make ourselves understood - in true English fashion, just shout louder!).

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and felt very spoilt - millionaire's golf. One thing worth highlighting, was that we weren't aware when we played the Montgomerie that we could have complimentary meal / drinks there before returning to our hotel, so worth highlighting to other clients.

Hope to travel again with you soon

Just retuned from Belek.  Another excellent stay at the Cornelia Diamond.  Everybody in the group was most impressed. 

Once again the arrangements made by yourself were first class.  All the Bilyana staff were very friendly, punctual and helpful.

Just a few lines to thank you and all your staff for a great trip, everything went well times to be collected from the hotel & collection from the courses. The hotel certainly ticked all the boxes and the courses were top draw, without doubt some of the best courses I have played.

All the guy’s enjoyed the trip and there is talk of returning next year, possible with more players so we will have to see how the interest goes.
