Coronavirus: Covid-19 Update

As the news is dominated by the coronavirus, we know you have concerns regarding your pre-booked holiday with us. We have included some information below to help answer questions you may have, and we will continue to monitor all the relevant advice from the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) and local authorities

During a period where we are experiencing an increased volume of phone calls we would appreciate if you can email us with your queries.  We will do our best to get back to you as quick as possible. 

Different departure destinations have different rules and guidelines.


The current travel ban applies from the 14th March to 17th April 2020 for all travel to and from: United Kingdom , Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Norway, Denmark, Belgium, Sweden, Austria, Italy, Holland, Switzerland

If you can not travel as a result of government advice related to COVID-19, we will arrange an alternative holiday package to your satisfaction or offer a full refund.

  • What happens if my country of origin or destination is not listed above? Flight operations will continue as planned, as long as the regulations of the Turkish government allow.

  • For all holidays due to check in before the 17th April 2020: If you are affected by the travel ban we will happily re-arrange your full holiday to an alternative date or offer a full refund. > please check bookings terms and conditions

  • For all holidays due to check in 18th April 2020 onwards our normal cancellation conditions will be applicable.

  • What happens to my flights? The travel ban currently applies from the 14th March to the 17th April  2020. Flight companies will do everything possible to fly all passengers from Turkey back to their respective home countries.


Q: If the FCO do not advise against travel then your holiday plans will continue as normal and no change or refund will be offered, if you choose to cancel your holiday standard booking conditions and cancellation charges will apply

I have a medical condition, Should I be travelling? A: We would always recommend seeking medical advice when choosing to book a holiday to establish if you are physically fit to travel. All customers are strongly recommended to take out appropriate travel insurance from the time of booking their holiday.

Have you recently visited an area where restrictions apply? A: If you have recently visited an area where coronavirus-related travel restrictions apply, you may be refused entry on arrival at your destination country, or may be required to be isolated. If you are affected by this restriction, please contact us to discuss your options.

If I am unable to travel, am I entitled to compensation? A: Travel restrictions or disruption resulting from the coronavirus outbreak are beyond our control. If you are unable to travel for these reasons you will not be entitled to compensation from us. We recommend checking with your travel insurance provider or credit card company to check the level of cover they provide.
