We had a problem with our luggage when leaving Gloria Serenity. We were missing 2 pieces when we got to Antalya airport. This was an issue we had with the hotel only and not Bilyana Golf.

Our driver (Cengiz) was most helpful and stayed with us until our luggage arrived by taxi. A big thank you to Genghis for his help in solving our problem. Could you pass this onto Bilyana management as he was most helpful to us.

not a single complaint about the Hotel or the Golf which is a 1st all involved are keen to repeat the experience. So if you could give us a Quote for Exactly the same holiday ( the only slight change is we would like to play 1-18 on the National we realise this may require an earlier start which is ok and our last day a 10 am start ) 27th April 2019 7 nights 7 rounds We have had 5 consecutive years in Belek staying in either the Voyage or the Regnum but won't be staying anywhere but the Serenity from now on also we wont be booking with anyone else as the service we received from Bilyana in Turkey was top class.
