The Luggage Room; Tucked away in the lobby of Millennium Place Hotel, Dubai Marina, lies a hidden speakeasy with a modern twist, The Luggage Room. The bar & lounge will give you all the 1960’s feels as you lay back and get cozy with the hand-crafted cocktail menu that is packed with jaw dropping creations such as the  “Your First Choice” with gin, dry vermouth, egg white, lime and strawberries, or the “Fluffy Puppy” with coconut rum, spiced rum, house-made marshmallow purée, & cream. You can also feed those cravings with bar bites like the “Grilled Cheese and Truffle" with pain de mie grilled cheese sandwich sticks and truffle aioli or the “Tuna Tartare” with yellowfin tuna, truffle and hoisin dressing, yuzu kosho, crispy sweet potato ribbons. MasterChef, the TV Experience Restaurant; Millennium Place Marina is proud to be the host of one of the newest and most unique dining experiences in Dubai. Based on the spectacularly popular reality television series MasterChef, our signature restaurant MasterChef, the TV Experience will introduce a truly one-of-a-kind in the world dining experience to Dubai. 

In this innovative culinary offering, guests will savour the talents and recipes of past contestants and champions of the cooking television show MasterChef. The restaurant’s seasonal menus will be created personally by these “resident” guest chefs during a week they spend staying at the hotel and cooking in the kitchen. Guests will also have the opportunity to learn more about these chefs’ recipes, cooking philosophies and about their personal experiences on the show. 

Under the watchful guidance of Head Chef Margarita Vaamonde, the restaurant’s permanent menu will feature signature dishes that include Truffle and Pea Soup, Quail Bulgur and Figs and Mauritian Style Lobster Curry. In addition to produce, meats, fish, crabs and oysters sourced from local providers, high-quality ingredients will be flown in daily from Europe, Asia, Australia, North America and South America to reflect a menu that is truly globally inspired.

 The restaurant’s décor has a very “industrial” feel, with a dynamic open show kitchen that energizes the dining room while allowing guests to experience the chefs and culinary team at work. An interactive “Mystery Box Challenge” welcomes diners to choose from 8 to 10 ingredients brought to their table, which will them be used by the Chefs to cook an “on-the-spot” a meal to be judged by the diners.

While at the hotel, you can get invigorated with a workout in the state-of-the-art fitness center or head to the pool to cool off with a dip before settling into a chaise lounge to soak up some sun.
