Location
Columbia Beach Resort made its debut along the pristine 2km-long, Blue Flag-honoured coast of Pissouri Bay in 2002. Intimate, quaint, authentic, pastoral, and personal: the Resort has long served as a serene space, a refuge, and thus it is no surprise that the worldwide-revered Small Luxury Hotels of the World welcomed Columbia Beach Resort into its boutique collection. Unrivalled for space along Pissouri Bay – being the only hospitality option of its kind here – the Resort has come to embody the ethereal and awe-inspiring nature of Pissouri.
Accommodation
Now, driven dynamically by dialogue with our guests, the Resort is undergoing a metamorphosis: a landmark renovation. Upon completion, Columbia Beach Resort will be spread over 75,000 m²; demonstrating the level of space and luxury which will be offered to guests in the future; it will boast a total of 169 multi-purpose suites, with guests being invited to choose from Inland, Garden, Pool, Side Sea, and Sea Views, and categories spanning Junior, Executive, One- and Two-Bedroom Suites, the latter largely nestled to the east of the Resort. Appointed in warm neutral tones and soft blues, the suites – spanning 43m²-84m² - are further embellished by rustic wooden furniture, large bathrooms with double or large single basins, bathtub, and separate showers, and a host of luxury amenities, including a Nespresso machine and Molton Brown toiletries. Select suites are even home to a working fireplace, and private plunge pool, with the addition of an air-conditioned elevator to deliver guests to the Eagle’s Nest Executive Suites situated on the scenic hillside on the highest peak of the Resort’s grounds.
