In these modern beautiful Villas you will find 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with two single beds. There are two traditional bed sofas in the living room. These modern beautiful Villas have split air conditioning to heat and to cool. The 3 bathrooms are spacious and the ensuite has a Jakuzzi bathtub, and the other 2 bathrooms have a walk in shower. In the Kitchen you will find everything that you need, including hob and oven and a big refrigerator and all other appliances needed. In front of the house there is a terrace with many different plants and of course not forgetting the heated pool.

The Villas have private heated pools and all of the terraces are lighted beautifully and have some fantastic plants.

The Villa is only 10 minutes' walk from one of the newest Golf Courses, The Montgomerie, and only a 10 minute drive to the beautiful Belek Beach Park with sandy beaches. It is possible for us to arrange all of your golfing needs and also your car hire.

There is a market 200 metres from the Villa, It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the town of Belek, where you will find many Bars, restaurants and Shops to entertain you. A weekly Market is also a great place to visit on Saturday and only 10 - 15 minutes walk away.
Booking notes
A deposit of 30% of the total rental is required to confirm a booking. The remaining amount is to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. An inventory deposit of 100 EUR/£70 is to be paid upon arrival and on departure once the Inventory has been carried out then this will be given back if there are no breakages or any damage caused. If damage has been caused then this is the responsibility of the tenent.
